Welcome to FlowPard. By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any FlowPard service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before continuing.

FlowPard provides tools for agency management, customer relationship management, proposals, contracts, invoices, appointments, messaging, analytics, client collaboration, prompt building, and related business workflows.

• You may use the platform only for lawful business or personal purposes.
• You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the service.
• You must not use FlowPard to distribute harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal content.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, protecting your login information, providing accurate details, and ensuring that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws.

• Keep your password and account access private.
• Notify FlowPard promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Review generated content, invoices, messages, and documents before using or sending them.
• Ensure that information uploaded to FlowPard does not violate the rights of others.

Paid plans, account credits, invoices, subscriptions, and other purchased services must be paid according to the billing terms shown at the time of purchase. Fees may vary depending on the selected plan, usage, or additional services.

• You are responsible for providing valid and accurate billing information.
• Some services may be suspended when payments fail or account credits are exhausted.
• Unless otherwise stated, fees already used or consumed may not be refundable.

FlowPard is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, FlowPard is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption, lost data, or damages caused by misuse of the platform, third-party services, or decisions made using generated content.

You remain responsible for reviewing business, financial, legal, technical, and AI-generated outputs before relying on them.
